To load your main account balance, you must be a company controller on your account:
- Click the mango “increase” button at the top of your dashboard screen
- Follow the on-screen prompts then click next when you’re ready:
- Select the balance you would like to increase
- Select the amount you would like to top-up
- The purpose of order is for your own records and not mandatory
- Confirm your order details then click ‘Confirm’
You’ll then receive Equals bank details and a unique reference number. Use these details to transfer the money to us.
Our team processes payments on the hour, every hour from 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
