If you’re a cardholder, controller or company controller, you can permanently cancel a card (whether it’s been activated or not) by changing its status to “Customer closed” on the online platform or by contacting us.
To change a card’s status to “Customer closed” on the online platform:
- Sign into your Equals Spend account via our website
- On the left-hand navigation, select “Cards”
- Click on “Card list” and choose the relevant card number. If you can’t see the card, you can type the user’s name in the search box and click “Filter”
- Tap on the drop-down arrow towards the bottom of the page under “Status”
- Choose “Customer closed” and confirm by selecting “Change status”
