We won’t be supporting the use of Internet Explorer from August onwards.
What does it mean for me?
We urge all customers that still use Internet Explorer to sign in to their Equals Spend account to use a different browser. We will no longer be able to fix any problems you might have using the Equals Spend web platform if those problems are caused by compatibility issues with Internet Explorer.
Why are we doing this?
Your security is our main priority. Internet Explorer is no longer receiving security updates. This means that if there is a security flaw in the browser, it will not be fixed by Microsoft. As a result, it could be unsafe to use the browser for accessing your account.
What should you do?
Please install a different internet browser. There are many good browsers available that are free to use. Some popular browsers you might want to consider as an alternative are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Firefox. We continue to work hard to ensure you have the best possible experience on all other browsers.
If you have questions, we’re here to help. Please get in touch.
