If you are an existing online payments customer:
- In November you’ll receive an email asking you to set up a new password for the site. This will come from Equals Money.
- Please use the link in the email to set a new password and sign in to your new account.
If you currently trade on the phone only:
- We will be in touch with you shortly with information about when we will give you access to this new service and how you can make use of it alongside your current account manager.
